The Queens native then started his real estate career in 2014 and specializes in residential sales (including co-op, condo, luxury, and up to 4 unit- multi-family homes), real estate portfolio management, and property management.

Juan was born in Queens, New York where he still resides with his wife and two kids. He graduated from Queens College in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. Due to the recession, it was difficult for him to utilize his college degree for it’s worth and continued his sales position at Time Warner Cable in which he started in 2006. As a successful salesperson, he noticed that he would consistently make double the amount of compensation than what most positions offered an entry level. At that point, sales, was the career of choice to support his young family.
He has an extreme passion for competitive sports such as basketball and boxing. The dedication, hunger and unnoticed hard work needed for these sports transmit to his profession as a broker.
In his adolescence, he spent most days with friends in all areas of NYC, constantly commuting via buses and subway lines which attribute to his knowledge on the NYC market, especially in Queens.
